 RULES AND REGULATIONS
  • All booths must be open and ready for business when the event starts each day, and must remain open until the closing of each day.  Booths must not breakdown before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. 
  • Menus and price schedule must be submitted.  If there are changes after the event begins the committee reserves the right to ask the item to be taken off the menu, or price to be changed back.
  • We will once again have a contest for best amber, best lager, and people’s choice.  

BOOTH FEES:

$250=(10x10)     $275=(10x20)    $300=(10x30) - includes a 2011 commemorative taster mug.
(*$100.00 will be refunded upon completion of event)

DEADLINE:

Booth space is limited and is selected on a first come first served basis!


CANCELLATION POLICY:
The registration fee will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee up to 48 hours prior to the event.

MENU PLANNING
Please be creative when planning your menu.  We would like to see authentic German food to complement the German theme of the event. 

HOURS:
Friday:        10am to 6pm - Beer Tasting 11am to 6pm
Saturday:     10am to 6pm - Beer Tasting 11am to 6pm
Sunday:       10am to 4pm - Beer Tasting Noon to 4pm

A New Mexico Tax I.D. number is required for selling food or other products.  If you do not already have a Tax I.D. number you can contact the Town of Red River at (575) 754-2277 and request the proper forms to do so.
